Customer feedback and complaints
If you had a problem with a contractor we listed, or you have feedback about a listing, please reach out. We take complaints seriously and use them to maintain the quality of the directory.

When contacting us about a contractor issue, please include:
- The name of the contractor
- The date of service or contact
- A description of the issue
- Any documentation you have (photos, invoices, written communication)
Note that we are not a contractor and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor. We can review listings, flag issues, and remove contractors from the directory based on consistent complaint patterns, but we cannot mediate disputes, refund money, or guarantee outcomes. For licensed work performed in Louisiana, you may also file a complaint with the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors at lslbc.louisiana.gov.
