Stop receiving calls and texts from contractor partners about a request you previously submitted.
What this does
If you previously submitted a service request through GulfServicePros and you want to stop receiving calls or texts from the matched contractor partners, fill out the form below.
When we receive your request:
- We flag your phone number as opted out within 1 business day
- We notify any contractor partners we previously shared your information with
- Future requests from your number through our site will not be routed unless you submit a new one yourself
What this does not do
This form does not stop calls from contractors you contacted directly. If you found a contractor on our directory and called them yourself (rather than submitting our request form), we have no record of that interaction and no way to stop their calls. Contact the contractor directly and ask them to remove your number, or use your phone carrier's call-blocking features.
This form does not unsubscribe you from text messages mid-conversation. To stop SMS from a specific contractor, reply STOP to one of their messages. The carrier handles the unsubscribe automatically.
This form does not delete your account (we don't have user accounts). It flags your phone number and any associated leads as opted out.
To request data deletion or other privacy actions
If you want a copy of your data, want corrections made, or want your record fully deleted (not just opted out), email privacy@gulfservicepros.com with your name and the phone number you submitted. We respond within 30 days as required by law.
